Ready to start individuals in your care on YEZTUGO?

Acquiring YEZTUGO starts with a benefits investigation to understand coverage of the individual you’ve prescribed YEZTUGO. This step will help determine the best acquisition pathway, reimbursement process, and any additional requirements. Once the decision has been made to prescribe YEZTUGO, Gilead Advancing Access® has dedicated program specialists who can help, or you can go straight to one of the authorized specialty pharmacies listed on this page.

Advancing Access is here to help

  • Insurance benefits verification—researching and verifying each individual’s specific insurance benefits and coverage
  • Prior authorization and appeals—assistance with navigating requirements
  • Advancing Access Co-pay Savings Program—assistance with out-of-pocket costs to eligible, commercially insured patients
  • Medication Assistance Program (MAP)—eligible uninsured individuals may receive their Gilead medication free through MAP
  • Additional coverage support—sharing educational resources like third-party independent foundations or PrEP drug assistance programs (DAPs)

Multiple ways to acquire YEZTUGO

YEZTUGO offers flexibility to choose the acquisition path that best fits your and your patients’ needs.

If you have an in-house specialty pharmacy, they may be able to purchase and dispense the medication.

If your patient's insurance permits YEZTUGO to be dispensed via specialty pharmacy (SP), an SP can help with the steps to get your patient’s prescribed medication shipped to you. Regardless of how the YEZTUGO components (oral tablets and injections) are covered, whether under pharmacy or medical benefit, the designated SP can support coordination and shipment. Your patient’s insurance may specify from which SPs you can order YEZTUGO.

The authorized SPs are in-network with the majority of major payers. Once you've contracted with your patient's insurance, your office can order YEZTUGO from one of the in-network SPs listed below:

You may also use your practice's in-house specialty pharmacy to purchase and dispense the patient's medication.
